Admissions and enrollment dates for School Year 2021-2022



January 25, 2021 – February 5, 2021: Interviews

  • Prospective students and parents may be asked to participate in an interview with the admissions team to assist in the decision-making process.

February 19, 2021: Acceptance Letters Mailed

  • Letters will be mailed to all prospective students who submitted completed applications.

March 19, 2021: “Winter Window” for Admissions Closes;

Deadline for Enrollment Registration Forms and Fees

  • Admitted student’s Enrollment Registration Form.
  • Initial tuition payment.
  • Registration fee: $300.

March 19, 2020: “Winter Window” for Admissions Closes


March 20, 2020: “Spring Window” for Rolling Admissions Opens


June 20, 2020: “Spring Window” Closes

  • Depending on the current number of students enrolled, we may extend the window.
  • We know families relocate or could be facing special circumstances; please contact us.

Rolling Admissions will continue as slots remain open.

October 1, 2020: Early Admissions “Fall Window” Opens

  • Applications and all accompanying forms are available online or by contacting the school office (info@popejp2hseagles.org or calling 360-738-7600) to request forms.

December 5, 2020: High School Placement Test

  • Cancelled due to COVID

December 18, 2020: Deadline for Early Admissions Window Closes

  • Completed admissions application form including all recommendations, transcripts and fees are due to the admissions office by this date for first consideration.
  • Application fee is $30.

December 19, 2020: Early Admissions “Fall Window” Closes


December 20, 2020: “Winter Window” for Admissions Opens


January 9, 2021: High School Placement Test

  • Cancelled due to COVID

January 20, 2021: Virtual JPII Experience Event 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
