JPII Girls Cross Country Wins State, Boys Take Second!

We are proud to announce that the JPII Girls Cross Country team won their second consecutive 1B/2B State Cross Country Championship on Saturday! Congratulations to Vivi K. who made the state championship podium as an individual, placing 5th out of 77 runners! Catelin K. and Bella S. were in the top 10 as well! Elle F., Addie H., Mo S. and Taylor A. were all strong contributors to this incredible accomplishment!

JPII Boys Cross Country placed second at state for the third consecutive year! The only team to beat the Eagles was a larger 2B school. Trevor D. made the individual podium, placing 6th out of 112 racers! Luke C., Sam R., Logan J., Kaden H., Max S. and Nathan M. each ran strong and helped make this excellent state finish possible!

JPII President Recognized as South Sound Exceptional Woman

In early May, JPII President, Therese Allin was honored at the Soroptimist 2024 South Sound Exceptional Woman awards banquet. Therese was recognized for her commitment to service and the JPII community. Another member of the JPII community, Kim Kondrat, was honored for her service with Sacred Heart Catholic Church’s homeless shelter and outreach work.
