Welcome to Pope John Paul II High School!
For more than a decade I have been blessed to help nurture south sound students through adolescence into young adulthood. As our school has matured, an incredible culture of community has developed. JPII students are challenged to reach their full potential—academically, socially and spiritually—and they are supported all the way. Meaningful experiences occur every day in our classrooms, halls and within club and co-curricular activities.
The JPII experience is founded on relationships – with outstanding teachers, with family and peers, and with God. I firmly believe that the strength of this community, which our students continually refer to as a “second family”, is the foundation of our students’ success.
As we enter our second decade of education JPII Eagles continue to soar. Our students continually seek new ways to build community across grade-levels. From student leadership to parent support to fiscal strength, it is clear the Holy Spirit is at work at JPII. With the recent installation of the Eucharist in our school chapel we look forward to JPII’s future even more deeply rooted in Christ.
