Athletics
Participation in co-curricular activities provides the opportunity for each student to practice concretely what they have intellectually learned in the classroom. Skills such as courageous leadership, informed decision making, and sacrificing for the common good can be personally experienced.
As Pope John Paul II High School begins its first year, the decision to offer or not offer a sport is completely dependent upon student participation and student numbers. In order to offer a sport, there needs to be sufficient number of students to participate to fulfill the minimum numbers for that sport. Therefore, dependent upon numbers, these sports will be offered.
