Land!
Pope John Paul II High School, along with the Archdiocese of Seattle, has purchased about 40 acres of land at the corner of Hogum Bay Rd NE and 31st Ave NE in the Hawk's Prairie area of Lacey. About 30 acres is allocated to the high school. About 10 acres is for the Archdiocese.
We are currently working through the site plan review and rezoning process with the city of Lacey.
An Integrated Planning Team, co-chaired by Jace Munson of Berschauer Phillips Construction Company and Trent Hart of AndersonBoone Architects, will work with the school’s board, the City of Lacey, the Archdiocese, and others to finalize the site plan.
The long-range facility development plan, with the capacity to serve up to 600 students, will include core academic facilities, science labs, a performing arts wing, athletic fields and facilities, and space for other co-curricular programs.
