Our Phased Approach
Creating and opening a new high school is a long,
intense process. While there are likely many different
approaches to starting a new school, we chose a 3 step
phased approach. Each phase ends with a major milestone
that moves us significantly closer to opening day and
dramatically changes the nature and focus of the
effort.
